TOPIX and TOPIX addicts SUCK big time.
I'll be here every day to tell you that.
Example for our youth? What have youth got to do with it?
I laugh so hard at the attempts to insult people who don't agree with TOPIX regulars. Keep it up because I'll be that one thorn in your side every day to remind you that people don't agree with TOPIX.

LMAO That is all you and your croonies do on TOPIX 24/7.
There isn't a thing you like and everyone who disagrees with you is insulted. Wow. You proved my point.
If a person doesn't agree with TOPIX main characters there is something wrong with them, i.e., you are always right and everyone who disagrees is wrong.
TOPIX SUCKS. I'll be here to tell you that day in and day out.

Do we really need a Sheriff's department? That dept. is very expensive and wastes taxoayer money. Just think about how much we could save by not having one.

I could then pursue my career without interference from some deputy. Sometimes it seems that I just get started on my work when I begin hearing sirens.

I don't know Mack Mason, and he may be the finest feller in the world, but remember this. Troopers almost never make good sheriffs. Look at Clay Co. Four years ago they elected a Trooper by a landslide that worked most of his career in Clay Co. He only knew about traffic law and had no idea of probable cause, arrest search and seisure and he got himself and the department into alot of trouble in the four years he was sheriff. At the next election he lost bigtime. It was not his fault. The only training he had was traffic and thats all he had to fall back on. Troopers don't make good sheriffs and if Mason gets elected, there is a good chance you will be sorry. A trooper spends 30 years writing traffic tickets and investigating wrecks. Their knowledge of law enforcement is very limited.
Check out Fannin Co.`s Sheriff he also was a State trooper and resigned to run for the job check out the Law suits he has that the news paper and court system has on Fannin Co.

The fact somnone was a State Patrolman and that makes him unqualified to be a sheriff is just about as stupid a remark as I have ever heard. Now I don't know if Mack Mason will make a good sheriff or not but no matter how bad he is he could not be as bad as what we have. I understand he has about 30 years in law enforcement while our present sheriff had a couple of years as a deputy before being elected sheriff. The best thing we can do is to elect Mack Mason and judge his performance for the next 4 years. I would venture to guess that if we elect him this term we will also elect him the next. We can no longer go on the same track we are on now.

I agree Mack Mason has way more experience than Stephens did when he became sheriff. I don't know Mr. Mason but I have heard he was tough but honest. Guess what? My vote goes to the man that is honest. Watched "Walking Tall" the other night and all I could think of when "The Rock" fired all the deputies was Mack taking office!

Everyone remember to go to the Civic Center tonight and hear the Republician Candidates. It would be nice if the Democrat candidates would also but attend but I guess Lamar is the only one who has actually declared.

It's good to know that you would NEVER stoop so low,
except, of course, when it served a purpose.

Then you're not stooping lowly,
but just expressing an opinion.

Now why would "those NRA guys" be looking specifically for me,
better hope they can spot me in a crowd,
and not someone else.

It's possible they want to check your card, it's possible they want to check you weapon, it's possible they want to check what sex you are, it's possible they want to get you to join, it's possible they are gonna give you a refund on the membership because liberals are not allowed membership.

Many possibilities but only one they alone know about.

it's the posse comitatus that would worry me.
