Angel's trumpet weed leads to drug charges against Gaston student

I have this plant in my yard! I had no idea it was dangerous. This is terrible. Why was this young man released. It says that he is 18. If the parents have not been able to stop him thus far what makes it different now?

The kid that sold the seeds is a drug dealer/user in MH. Gets his drugs from a trailer park on Old Hickory Grove across from Deerfield. The dad is apethetic. Could care less about his kid's drug dealing. Anyone seeing Josh Jenkins walking around MH and especially in Deerfield should call the police immediately. He likes to take a "drug walk" from his house to the trailer park and back so he can sell his newly sourced goodies. Protect your kids. There are druggies like Jenkins all over. Do whatever it takes to stop the movement of drugs to innocent kids.

You have to ask yourself why a judge would release an 18-year-old to the "custody" of his parents. At what age does someone become accountable for his actions? What is going to stop Jenkins from selling drugs again? His parents allow the drug walks to continue and knows where he buys the drugs from. I'd having every law enforcment division possible swarming that trailer if I were him.

Maybe the whole world is apathetic.

Im not apathetic toward this at all. I live in Deerfield and I don't want my neighborhood to become known as a drug hub. We need more police patrol in this neighborhood and they need to camp out at that trailer park!
