He needs to learn how to do his job. I doubt he is certified, but even if he is, some one ought to inform him that he is not God. I understand he has a job to do, but he has no right to harrass any one, and he will learn that there are SOME that do not intimidate, very easily. I have already logded a complaint, and will try to see it through. I also don't understand how he can perform a field sobreity test on some one, that wasn't driving, in their own front yard, for no reason, and no probabl cause! The ONLY reason that happened, is because the person that that was done to, don't know that it's illegal. Some of us know that we have rights, AND know what most of them are. He better watch his ass!

He does his job very well and yes he is certified. He knows he is not God, he is a christain. He does not harrass but he is not intimidated easily either. If you have a complaint the thing for you to do is "lodge" it not get on topix and talk about it using a fake name. I'm sure he knows the law but if you doubt it why dont you ask him?

Amen to that!!! People complainin bout the way he does his job don't know the law themselves. Hell some of y'all should run for govenor since y'all ''know'' everyting.
