Man surrenders in Wilson standoff

A man who threatened to harm himself at a Wilson intersection on Thursday afternoon surrendered to authorities just after 7 p.m. Authorities said that Danny Williamson, 34, of Countryside Road in Wilson, called a local mental health clinic earlier Thursday and said he was driving around with four firearms and threatened to harm himself.

Ginger Ward United States	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Dec 16, 2011 My comment is do not judge this man by what y'all are hearing on tv or the papers he is the father of my son is is a very good man and a awesome father, and if you knew him you would know that is would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it and he thought the world of both his boys and loved them with every breath he has in him, so please don't judge him by what you have heard, he is only human like the rest of us.
