Suspect in brutal death of Cave Creek woman arrested

I went to high school with this disgusting excuse for a human being. It makes me sick that I saw him just a few weeks ago. I hope you hang, Justin. Liz was just an incredible person. You took her from the community, her family and friends. We're going to miss her, but at least you're going to hang for her death.

creeker must be the camera man... maybe has anyone thought about the fact that someone was in her home before he went there... maybe someone thought it was dirty and wrong of her to bring home a random dude from the bar... maybe someone was stalking her and got extremely jealous... whatever the case may be, i can only hope that all of you realize that you don't know anything...

I think whoever wrote this should hang. I also went to school with Justin and have known him for many years. IF he is guilty than he will go to jail and serve his time, and IF he did it than may God have mercy on his soul for what he did. But for anyone to say “I hope you hang, Justin” is sick and you are no better than a murderer yourself. Like I said I have known Justin for years and he NEVER said anything half as sick and twisted as you just said. My advice fellow Cactus Shadow alum is to SEEK SOME HELP FOR YOURSELF AND MAY GOD ALSO HAVE MURCY ON YOUR SOUL FOR WISH SOMETHING LIKE THAT UPON ANOTHER HUMAN BEING.

I'm justin's cousin and I know he could not have done this. Mrs. jake your a jerk and are lucky I do not live in AZ. I love Justin and would do anything for him and I say again he could never do what they are saying.

But what if this attitude doesn't run in the family and Justin is innocent? His ex-wife says no way, she should have a better idea than anyone. Perhaps there are drug dealer murderers running around in the North Valley...

I didn't know Justin well, but from i did know of him, didn't seem like he would be the type to do something like that. like i said "i didn't know him well" but i honestly can't see that would be true, and hopefully it isn't. That would be sad....and as "justin did it" said meth and steroids, what a horrible combo, that alone will change someone completely...how sad. I'm sorry what happened to Liz, i didn't know her, but my heart goes out to her friends and family.

i'm sure you're reading this.... you checked up on your old boyfriend enough to find the local news, and to make a special trip back to town for his court appearances after you had to get so far away....sounds sweet

Does anyone know what the next step is? Has there been a preliminary trial yet? Is the story still that he was alone in this?

i could only understand. i didn't know justin well, but hung out with him and other friends a few times, i don't think he's capabile of being a muderer. my heart goes out to your family and Miss hermann's family as well. what a horrible situation, i could only imagine

i heard that the trial was this tuesday, but i haven't heard anything yet...

How ironic the psycho ranters...

i really don't believe that profanity is neccesary. Of course the family and friends are going to defend them. especially family because they are of his blood and it kind of puts them in this monster's league. I do know one thing i was at the murder scene to help the family of Liz. her room showed evidence of a massacre. Blood every where. The police took so much evidence and the actual report is 4000 pages highlighting all the evidence. The booking report on the web is the tip of the ice berg; it was sufficient enough with evidence agaisnt this monster DNA and survellience tape along with eye witness to seeing a man in a green and silver truck one in which the police confiscated from this monsters fathers house to have him arrested. So the witnesses said he had reddish blond hair and 6ft tall and 200lbs. So This monster has black hair ( the sun could distort color) This monster is 5'10 225 lbs so they were off by 2 inches and 25 lbs but they got the truck color right. so for those who are hanging their hat on a bad eyewitness account has got to be kidding themselves. There is a preponderance of evidence gathered agaisnt this excuse of a human enough for the courts to hand him the grand jury indictment on monday with 3 counts. MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE, ARSON AND THEFT! If this monster was framed why doesn't he say who did it while in jail after seeing the charges agaisnt him. He has nothing to lose now.
