2 people arrested in drowning of Jarret Clark

I am the mother of Jason Maple. I have tried to get ahold of the main person over the news but have not been able to. I don't know where everyone gets there news from but Jason was NOT at the lake when this happened! He is trying to HELP Jarret Clark's family by telling what someone told him. I think its just terrible that everyone is ruining his life for trying to help! He was not arrested either! He was served a bench warrant for not appearing in court because he had something important to do that day and could not make it. Besides, he was given the subpeona the night before court! I wish someone would apoligize to him for all of this!

i am a good friend of jarrets. and as much as i want justice served i do know that jasons mother is right, jason was not there that night. if he were, it wuld of been brought to everyones attention rite from the beginning. i jus hope what jason has to say will help bring everythin to an end and finally give jarret justice!

jason maple may have not been there, but as of me a fellow high school student AND several others, even witnesses stating that he did volunteer in hiding out brandon hargrove, you don't have to kill someone or be there to be involved. and i know he's your son, but you need to accept that he has done some wrong. go look at his myspace it says "justice for jason maple."

he will go down with all the others involved. theres way too many witnesses. i hope he gets a good lawyer...

I know several involved with this & after hearing from people who were actually there I don't think anyone is responsible except Jarret. His family just cannot & will not accept it. They want to see someone held responsible so "they" can feel batter about it all. There is a reason it already went to court & no one is in prison for it. Some things in life are just hard to swallow & this happens to be one of them.

Stranger - How dare you say Jarret is responsible for his own death. As a friend of Jarret - Jarret's only fault that night was being with Brandon Hargrove, Tony Wallen, Courtney Manzer and Dayna Hargrove w/o his true friends around. Everyone knows that Brandon Hargrove is bad news. Brandon was also very jealous of Jarret and Jarret was with the wrong group. Brandon and Tony murdered Jarret by drowning him - everyone knows that. If you'll recall - Jarret was only 0.04 alcohol. No telling what Brandon's and Tony's levels were. I also know several involved with this and after hearing from people who were also actually there - I know Jarret was beat up and drowned by Brandon, Tony, Courtney and Dayna. Brandon was stupid enough to tell everyone... what a thing to brag about. Courtney too. They must really be screwed up in the head. Jarret's family is only doing what any parents would do for their child - their only child. These scum bags don't even realize what they've done to this family. They have cheated and robbed Jarret and his family of the future. So, why don't you just back off Stranger. Have you walked in the family's footsteps previously? If not - shut the hell up.

What did Jarret do that was so bad? You seem to know the truth and are with holding it from authorities pussy! How sick can you be stranger? Purely white trash, low life scum!! Blaming Jarret for his own death? What did he do that deserves the death penalty imposed by these four. Who are they to to be Judge, Jury and executioner? This comment proves that you know they are guilty of murder.

I agree with Yet Another Stranger - sounds like you know they are guilty of murder and you are helping to keep it a cover up - or are you one of the four - if not - Ya know that also makes YOU just as guilty as they are. So... did Brandon, Courtney, Dayna or Tony tell you what they did to Jarret that night they took his life? oh I know -I bet you're scared to tell the authorities cause you're a pussy like Yet Another Stranger said and scared of either Tony or Brandon. I have just read that the Clark's family has been granted a grand jury to investigate. I am so happy for this family. They have worked so hard for this...why it has taken so long is a mystery and just ridiculous they way this has been handled. I believe now the truth will prevail and justice will be given.

LOL, sorry I don't live on these forums. Took a while to get back around here reading different articles. I can tell you Another Stranger, your completely wrong. I wouldn't doubt if your not the mother from the way you talk. If you only had your facts straight, maybe some of the shit spewing from your mouth would be beliveable. How bout we talk about how everyone knew he was one of the biggest pill heads in school, but no one would step up & tell the truth. Jarret was not the little angel his parent thought he was or are attempting to parade him as now that he is gone. He was no better than Brandon or anyone else out there that night drinking & taking pills. He just either got lucky & was born to gullible parents or he was smart enough to completely hide his true self from them.
And for the record I fear no one that walks this earth & I sleep just fine at night thank you.

Yes, although I wish death on no one, I feel karma did play a part in Hargroves death. I would bet the GRIM REAPER was there to greet him. So sad but so TRUE.

Oh and 1 more thing I might add. Why would anyone want to argue over a HOE like Courtney M. who has been with every guy in BA? Dang I wish Jarrett's real friends would have been there that night. Then that would have not been possible! Maybe KARMA will meet up with all the rest who were responsible for this SENSELESS death. I live in Nebraska. Moved here in Mar. of 06. I am BA Alum. Knew Jarret on and off, mostly hang outs at people houses. Nice guy, seemed to have a good time wherever he went. I heard about the tragedy but was told vague detals by fellow myspacers who still live in tulsa/ba. I have been able to piece together whats happend by going to tulsa news websites archives. Always wondered what happend to Dayna or Brandon. Now I hear Brandon got killed in a Car accident? Does anyone know if he was drinking,run off the road, just wrong place at wrong time? Anybody else think this was divine intervention? Good grief this is all just too sad. I agree with former posters and Karma, it very well could be.

Yes FORMER TIGER, Brandon along with 2 other boys were killed in a car wreck in Wagoner County. And yes drinking was involved. One girl was in the car and she lived. She was only one with a seat belt on although she was injured she remained alive. The car apparently went off road and rolled end over end til it landed in a creek bed, partially submerged. Isn't that fate? I do believe from what Courtneys aunt said , they left Jarrett submerged in the lake. HMMMMMMMMMM... KARMA>>>>>

VERY GOOD QUESTION.. Sometimes what happens in court or in different counties is not fair! Seen it time and time again. Maybe now, someone at the scene that day, might come forward now that BH is gone. He was known for violence and revenge. He's been in and out of David L Moss numerous amount of times lately. Go to OSCN and look for yourself.. They should have kept him there while they had him. Although it didnt happen in Tulsa or BA...
