This is the same thing as shooting and wounding someone with a gun. Why not attempted murder charges?

Hang the ahole out to dry!

Ladies... although what happened was truly wrong, word of advice: PROTECT YOURSELF. Demand that your partner use a condom.

This is MN. I'm surprised they charged him at all!!! Remember we have the "MN. Nice, Catch and Release System" ( I will not dignify it by calling it justice). If the liberals have there way, they will incrase "good time" from 1/3 to 1/2 or more. Be interesting to see what he actually gets!

Tough love for fat people: Tax their food to pay for healthcare

"When historians look back to identify the pivotal moments in the nation's struggle against obesity, they might point to the current period as the moment when those who influenced opinion and made public policy decided it was time to take the gloves off.

As evidence of this new "get-tough" strategy on obesity, they may well cite a study released today by the Urban Institute titled "Reducing Obesity: Policy Strategies From the Tobacco Wars."

In the debate over healthcare reform, the added cost of caring for patients with obesity-related diseases has become a common refrain: most recent is the cost-of-obesity study, also released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It finds that as obesity rates increased from 18.3% of Americans in 1998 to 25% in 2006, the cost of providing treatment for those patients' weight-driven problems increased healthcare spending by $40 billion a year."

Tax the fatties, but hand out needles to junkies for free.

We live in the freaking Twilight Zone.

I thought the chubby new surgeon general would fix this leftist tendency :

Heard anything lately about the deaths from HIV-Aides? Hummm. That would mean a certain dangerous life-style might come under scrutiny.

ATLANTA - An American diagnosed with the AIDS virus can expect to live for about 24 years on average, and the cost of health care over those two-plus decades is more than $600,000, new research indicates.

Both life expectancy and the cost of care have risen from earlier estimates, mainly because of expensive and effective drug therapies, said Bruce Schackman, the study’s lead author.

Of all AIDS cases in the United States:

48% were tracked back to male-to-male contact
27% were tracked back to male-to-female contact and intravenous drug use,
7% were tracked back to male-to-male contact and intravenous drug use,
16% tracked back to male-to-female contact, and
2% were tracked back to other causes, including hemophilia and other blood recipients, perinatal, and risk not reported or not identified

Little boy? What is up with that?
I suggest a big red A be tattooed on his forehead but I am afraid a bullet to his head is the only thing that will stop this monster.
Girls, just goes to show us that we have to protect ourselves with men like this running around free.
