I'm sure the Democrats in this state will just be up in arms that energy companies will be drilling in Maryland and developing all that energy and creating all that tax revenue for our state.

No doubt the Democrats will not want anything to do with this since it involves drilling, that is until the money starts rolling in.

I See This As A Win Win For The People And The State. I Have Lived In Western Maryland Most Of My 64 Years. This Has Got To Be One Of The First Times That The Older Folks Did Not Fight a good Thing. GOOD LUCK.

Definite, win-win. American resources, American jobs and Marylanders getting rich as opposed to people who hate us in the Middle East and Venezuela.

I did some searching and found a blog out there on the drilling as well. It appears as if a lot of the info comes from here, but I thought some might be interested in a little more.

Just wondering if anyone from geologist's group was not paid. Seems lease gave gas company an easy out. "Don't pay, lease is void." What now?

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Aries

Christmas Eve finds you happy and eager to get the most out of the day. You're in a rather sentimental mood, so if you've got time you'll relish the chance to watch a favourite film, especially if it means you've got to get out the hankies. A friend's kindness or sensitivity will delight you - and make you wonder how you can reciprocate.
