The good ole boy system hard at work. This pervert has been doing this for years, and people in a psoition to stop didnt do a thing, namely dr.baker, he heard of this last year and didnt see any need to investigate it, why didnt dr.baker report it to dss or law enforcement as required by South Carolina state law saying if you are aware that something like this might be happening you are required by law to report it to law enforcement.
dr.baker covered this up after doing his own investigation, he is not an investigating authority he is not d.s.s nor is he any sort of law enforcement..
I read the Sunday paper and the number of emails and letters from students and parents is overwhelming. dr.baker should be charged as an accessory after the fact and charged with violation of state law regarding this. We know he wont because hes one of the good ole boys around here..
Then this judge lets this guy out on bond a PR bond at that. and people wonder why our crime is so high here.These judges are bought and paid for!!! If you get the same law firm this guy has there is an almost a gauranteed set of walking papers waiting for you...The judge and the school district should be ashamed, but this type of behaviour is common place in this county...
I doubt this guy will even make it to court within the next several years...and if it does I bet he doesnt get near the same sentence as some of the other perverts that have been charged in this county...hes already out on the streets to take care of business, I doubt very seriously that others charged with this same offense have gotten pr bonds, the only reason this was even brought up is because Murrel Smith is involved, if he wasnt involved the school officials would have swept this under the rug just ike was done before...
