It is NOT cool to destroy other people's property no matter how angry you are at the person for whatever reason. Bisbee has more than its share of these base uneducated drug users who bring down the community. Imagine a tourist seeing all of the scum that sit in the park right next to the mining museum. The cops here do nothing about the drug sales in the parks and other places.

If the mayor and council wanted the drug sales to stop they would stop or there would be a new police chief and city manager.
