Looks like we Republicans have a real shot at holding on to the White House this year.

I LOVE it!

McCain's speech was awful. He draws on the pity of the people, using his Vietnam experience over and over again, that's all he has, he has nothing to offer. I feel no love from them, they scare me. God help us all.

This was a convention that spoke of the last 8 years like the Democrats have screwed everything up. They couldn't even use Bush or Cheney's name, acting like they are not even in the same party.

Third party voters, you can still use your vote to stop this ticket from doing more damage, please vote for Obama.

If Palin were to be the President (not just Vice President,) she'd be Baberaham Lincoln.

BTW, I just gave you a "brilliant", "agree", and "racy".

(You may even earn back a "cuchi" or two at this rate.)

Well, now we know who's pushing the little buttons for the stupid ratings system, don't we? I'm just CERTAIN Charo is thrilled to get your approval, stinky.

You just know it's been there all along, and that it's going to get worse -- but here it is now:

http://thehill.com/leading-the-news/westmorel...

Watch for it. Check out the 'elitist','pretender', and other such words. I doubt they'll be stupid enough to use this one again (even though the asswipe who used it is trying to defend it today)... but they're republicans, so you never can tell....

Also just found this, and I loved it! Sums it all up in one tidy little package.

"...the Republican VP [nominee], who runs in the tradition of Spiro Agnew, with a nominee using the tactics of Karl Rove, in a party with the policies of George Bush, with a vision of Republicanism that dates back to Richard Milhous Nixon."

Makes me warm and fuzzy all over....

Finally (for now) this, with the caption:

"THIS IS THE FACE OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY"

Even more reason to feel all warm and fuzzy.

Do we really want a VP who believes the Earth was created in 6 days? Palin has everything but brains.

So are you saying that people who are religious and have faith in the teachings of the Bible (and I am not one of them) are stupid?
Stupid again, stinky. It's more common to be "religious and have faith in the teachings" w/o taking it literally, than to be a believer in inerrancy.(And I am one of those people.)

You screwed the pooch (yet again) by not understanding faith and belief. "Yes" didn't do the question a lot of good, either -- but you, as is your habit, were stupid -- just for the sake of being stupid.

Taxes might go up only for those making over $250,000. a year but not for people making under that. People over $250,000. can probably still afford tax lawyers to ameliorate the situation. If you doubt me read what he proposes in detail at his website or at votesmart dot org.

I work my butt off and earn my money. I have worked hard to get where I am today. I shouldn't have to pay more taxes because I make make $250,000.00 or more. Should I?

Yes would have had a different answer for any one but Eric. Eric is unworthy of a civil response.

Daily Horoscope for June 1

Cancer

Life has plenty to offer today, especially when it comes to enjoyment. You're in the mood for some fun and games, whether that means playing with your children or getting up to something very adult with you-know-who. You'll enjoy being as active as possible, and will jump at the chance of taking part in a competitive sport... provided you can win, of course.
