Just thought I would drop a line for those that attended the Green Energy Forum Nov. 12th. Eileen Smith was a presenter on Solar Energy. It is my understanding that whomever sponsored her, rented a car,paid for food and lodging and paid her a fee for presenting. She has the education but she is mentally ill and is homeless. Has been living in Lawrence before relocating to her home town and works out of the library. If you question her about solar energy, she becomes hostile. She is known for knocking on doors and asking for money, she sleeps in sheds, old cars and anyplace she can crash. If you have her back you should really check her status with the city of Yates Center.
