No, all KDOT endeavors are solely for single-occupant motor vehicles. It's in their charter - look it up.

And yes, Kansas is a beautiful state. It's a subtle beauty. It's not at all "crudy", whatever that means.

I'm not even sure I'd agree with subtle beauty. Have you ever been in the Flint Hills in the Spring? Now that's beautiful.

You're right.. we don't have a lot of "scenic areas" out here.. no arguement there... but you sure accept our oil and gas money, don't you? It would be great if we could keep it for our schools and communities. It just doesn't make sense (to me) that your cities hand out tax abatements like they are candy and we have to send you money to make things "equal". Doesn't your beautiful landscape attract enough people and businesses?
