Nope... you prove it.... yopu want ppl to believe your lies. And that's all you spread. You couldn't come up with a single idea for needed changes that are legal. You have no clue what actually happens behind those gates do you ? Just that your grudge just won't go away is about all you know. You don't know squat about testing procedures even. But ...stand back now.... YOU think you are portraying yourself as THE RIVER SAVIOR !! When in reality... you just a dumbazz with a grudge !

The Jacks Fork River is not on the impaired river listing, and hasn't been since 2004.

The Current and Jacks Fork Rivers ARE on ARA's, American Rivers Assn, top 10 list of endangered rivers. That is their opinion and it should throw up red flags when you see our pristine waterways on the same list as the Chicago River, the St Croix, and the Mississippi. Instead, you want to beleager the point - and, you are WRONG.

This is political posturing to elevate the status of our National Scenic Riverways to a National Park. And, it's happening (drum roll please) while ONSR is renewing their General Management Plan.

It ain't about CCTR - it's about the number of visitors to the park, number of roads to the rivers, jet boats, 4-wheelers, 4 wheel drive pickups, and more.

Get it, now?? Or, should I go and talk to my fenceposts some more?

The river is on the impaired or believed to be impaired list on page 52 of the 2010 DNR report. The reason that the Jacks Fork is on the ENDANGERED LIST is because of the trail ride just like the IMPAIRED LIST. It is as simple as that liar.

Truth be known - You are a Liar Exposed.

The Jacks Fork River is not on the impaired river listing and hasn't been since 2004.

Page 52 is a list of rivers that bear watching, but I think you'll find virtually every river in Missouri on that list.

ARA's listing is political grandstanding, and has nothing to do with CCTR.

Come to Eminence and enjoy our pristine waterways - The Current and Jacks Fork Rivers.

It is all because of because of a lack of respect for the river, our tourism and anybody else that uses it. The trail rides could care less about what type of lists our river is on and what negative publicity it receives, and they are proud of it.

Now lets get this straight.. you are not a local. You could care less about the river. Your knowledge of current happenings proves that time and again. Your hate proganda is all you have. I see you even jumped in on the greed thread trying to make it about trail rides too. But it's not about hate is it. Gawd you are lousy at lying.

All we are asking is that the trail riders please respect our precious little river and stay on the designated trails and use only the designated river crossings. We offer several hundred miles of beautiful trails and back roads to enjoy so lets use them right.

It's too late now to try and act like the nice guy. 3 years is a long time to hate someone.... and you have tried all kinda tricks. This dog won't hunt either.

I do know for a fact at the mouth of Parker Hollow on Current River the gravel bar smells like Urea (piss) and it is coming from the stream running down Parker into the river and it is due to illegal trails being made by horses being rode up the hollow. I am not blaming any trail riding companies but this is the truth. I don't know if these horses are just individuals or organized by companies but the horse riders are the cause.

I hope the ride closes. It wouldn't bother me a bit because I don't ever plan to go to it.There are plenty of other nice places to go camp and ride in the area.

American Rivers Assn released it 2012 "America's Most Endangered Rivers" listing today. There is no more political grandstanding for the Ozark National Scenic Riverway's General Management Plan update, expected in early 2013.

How about THEM apples, Sierra Club, Friends of Ozark Rivers, Coalition for the Environment, and a dozen other left wing environmentalist whackos?

Search American Rivers Assn.

This looks like a grass roots type organization, and, they only listed 10 and those are major rivers. So I doubt that the Ozark National Scenic Riverway's bla bla bla would pay a whole lot of attention to this data,or the other organizations you've mentioned. They proabably don't include state by state smaller rivers in those studies.I couldn't find out a whole lot about them, tho. What do you know about them?

The river is still on the impaired list so the so called improvements are not enough.

Wrong again, and great news for the Jacks Fork River and folks who live near it.

Neither is the Jacks Fork River on ARA's political grandstand list this year, but the MO DNR reported that the Jacks Fork has been removed from the listing of previously impaired waterways that "bear watching".

The Jacks Fork is totally delisted.

Can't you even read, they just got through posting that it is NOT on the list and gave the names,I looked at that list myself, nothing on it but big rivers such as the Missouri (NOT in MO either!) and no small named rivers even mentioned. Why can't you read anything right?
