no real justice

HOW does a mother justify lying in court about her daughter,being molested 15 years after the alleged crime that took place ,after she left a 6 year old and a 5 year old child in the care of two grown men over a time period of over two years,,while she is out shopping for another man ,and has two children with two diffrent fathers and never been married, yet 15 years later she accuses one of these men of the crime with NO proof ,and he goes to prison, the man she accused had no prooff that he did not comit the crime , she had no proof that he did comit the crime ,but rather than take a chance on getting 25 years in prison he plea bargined and took less time. he took a chance on not getting a long sentence because he has a family of his own and could not take the chance of a longer sentence.( NOW WHERE IS THE JUSTICE ,HE IS INNOCENT ,CAN,T PROVE IT AND HAS NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE BEFOR ,IS A CHURCH GOING HUSBAND AND FATHER OF A 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER , AND HAS NO RECOURSE BUT TO PLEAD GUILTY BECAUSE THE COURT APPOINTED ATT. TOLD HIM ,A 19 YEAR OLD GIRL AND HER MOTHER ARE GOING TO TESTIFY THAT HE DID THIS CRIME ,AND WHO WILL A JURY BELEIVE ,SO HE TAKES A CHANCE ON A LESSER SENTENCE BECAUSE HE HAS A FAMILY TO CARE FOR. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE,? BECAUSE OF THE GUILTY PLEA THE MOTHER AND DAUGHTER CAN NOW TRY AND SUE ,OR GET MONEY FROM THE STATE OF MICH, WHO SUPPORTS A LOT OF WOMEN ,WHO USE THIS PLOY TO EXTORT MONEY INSTEAD OF WORKING LIKE THE REST OF US DO. TUSCOLA COUNTY IS A POT OF GOLD FOR THESE WOMEN WHO BRING THEIR CASES TO THE COURT.

Tuscoa county is NOT where you want to be if you are lookin' for justice or a fair hearing, money drives this system and the officials and lawyers all do "lunch" together and decide whats going to happen with your case, it's all sickening to have to deal with, I'm not ivolved with any criminal cases just have to deal with the freind of the court unfortunately. It's also known as "the freind of the mother" around here and no you cannot get justice there either!
