Lupardo mailer - Ryan & BAE?????

So I get this Lupardo mailer in my box today, probably paid for with my tax dollars.

She's taking credit for more progress she voted against until she voted for it when she had no choice.

On Page 2 there is a photo with the caption "Lupardo discusses BAE plan with Lt. Gov. Robert Duffy and Binghamton Mayor Matt Ryan"???

What, I HAVE TO ASK, did Matt Ryan have to do with the BAE Plan???? BAE was located in Johnson City/Westover/Town of Union until it moved to Endicott. What did it have to do with Matt Ryan and Binghamton? Was Ryan trying to steal BAE away from Town of Union? We have seen how successful he was with Wal-Mart, Save-a-Lot, the former owners of the O'Neil Ross Building, etc. Basically when Ryan talks to a business or developer they leave Binghamton unless he gives they a sweetheart deal of no taxes for 20 years or so, like he gave Newman Development, one of the wealthiest developers in the county who should be paying his taxes.

Remember how Ryan yelled at potential developers of the Binghamton Plaza calling them liars in front of a room full of residents??? Needless to say those developers left town, too.

So why does Lupardo insert a photo of Ryan in her mailer? We know she helped this putz get elected. He has proven to be a disaster for the City of Binghamton, setting it back 20 years.

I would imagine that instead of your crazed conspiracy theories... that it is simply the recognition of the fact that folks that work at BAE aren't just from Endicott - but also come from other area towns / cities including Binghamton... the latter being the city Ryan is Mayor of...

See... not complicated and no conspiracies required !
