While it Weber's application is certainly impressive, not every manager has the time to rely on his employees to bid on what shifts they prefer. That's why I use EZShift ( http://www.ezshift.com ). Like Weber's application, it allows for quick communication between managers and employees. Unlike Weber's product, however, EZShift has a sophisticated rules system which lets managers define requirements for each shift and different types of employees and then let the system build a perfect, viable schedule itself. After the initial setup, each shift generating session takes about seven minutes. I can't tell you how much time EZShift has saved me over the six months I've been using it. Head over to http://www.ezshift.com to check it out yourself.

I took GabeC87's advice and started using EZShift at my store. Over the past month, employee scheduling complaints have dropped off significantly, and several long-time customers have commented that my employees seem to be operating more efficiently and more happily. EZShift ( http://www.ezshift.com ) has done wonders for my store so far; I encourage you all to click the link and see what it can do for your organization.
