Assistant principal charged with selling drugs

Could have told someone this was coming years ago! Glad that he is finally going to be held accountable.

Why did it take it so long?The article states he had been selling for OVER 5 years!

I recommend that we all pray for Mr. Webb and his family, instead of insulting him.

Mr.Webb is innocent until proven guilty. Why does everyone love for someone else to look bad? Maybe it is because of their own dirty windows. I would like to commend Mr. Webb for all the good he has done.

Having spent several years with the person...I have no doubt of his guilt. He is deceptive, and has fooled a lot of people into believing that he is a decent person. If his children were important to him he wouldn't have engaged in this behavior in the first place. I am sure his punishment will not be severe, but this has been as entertaining as watching him play football.

Vice Principals make many enemies, especially in a small town. Everyone familiar with this issue, knows the reasons for these allegations. Mr. Webb has been an excellent VP at PVMS and I hate that he must now defend these allegations. It's easy to judge based on headlines in the news, but someone is innocent until proven guilty. Whether you know Mr. Webb or not, if this actually does make it to court, everyone will be shocked at the way this matter was handled from the beginning. I do believe when this is over, BSG and Wise County will be getting out their checkbooks for ruining his name. Just be patient......

SOme of us know who this is, and if this is her or someone in her family, well, look at that psycho family!!

Yeah, if he's deceptive, he learned from the best--xena- for someone who finds this entertaining must be a SICK individual. I do remember you as psychotic!!!

Exactly. If law enforcement has suspected this for so long, then why did they not work harder so that he was not in the school as long as he was. Something don't add up. Sounds like a set up to me. Parents should be infuriated with the Drug Task Force who apparently didn't do their job very well!!!

I have to add this. Articles in the paper are always talking about Street Sweeper. Well, Street Sweeper is a big JOKE! You see all the names of people who are indicted, then you see that they are not prosecuted. YOu know whY? Because authorities get them in there, get them to "narc" and then let them go. What's the point in having a drug task force when they just keep letting these people out of it? Do they think their not gonna go and do the same things they were doing before? What a joke Street Sweeper is. Just go look at the public records at how many people have nolle prosequi. What do ya think that means? Instead of helping the people they know who abuse drugs, like sending them for treatment, they send them back to the streets. Wow, what a system we have!

It just goes to show you that drugs touch everyone. Even the ones you think it would never happen to.

because most virginians want to forget that area exists-thus no jobs , no hope, no law enforcement,
just broken people with broken dreams

Wow. Where are you from? Well, I live in "that area" and happen to have a wonderful job, much much hope, and my dreams are going where I am taking them. I love this area and most of the people in it. Drugs are every where and if you think they are not where you live then you're living in a fantasy world. I will agree the law enforcement isn't worth 2 cents, but the people here, for the most part, are good people. But to be so harsh about this area..........why?

While I in no way agree with what this man did, he certainly needs our prayers. While I'm at it I'll say a prayer for you too.

This guy is definitely guilty, as I graduated with him and everytime I have seen him over the past few years, he has been as high as a kite - even with his children in the car! Plus, he use to party at our neighbors' home and they (my neighbors) have tried to break in my home, put sugar in my gas tank, etc. etc.- just b/c I wouldn't sell them pain pills my fiance' received after an injury!

I ONLY hope and pray that his associates go down as well (who are/were employees at PVMS btw). These people do NOT need to be around our children - especially selling drugs around them. I do not care what they do in their spare time - but when it comes to trying to hurt my family (by attempted break ins, etc.) and doing this around children, it is a DIFFERENT STORY!

The only problem is that some of Webb's associates are friends with Judge Chad Dotson - I only hope this does not affect any further indictments!

I have personally seen Webb come from my neighbors' home, after a night of "partying" so hard he could hardly walk - then drive his children home!

It is a shame however, as most everyone who has associated with my neighbors have either been caught, lost their jobs, etc. b/c of the drugs they bought from my neighbors. Actually, I feel a bit sorry for Webb, as there are others involved to a higher degree and will probably not get caught b/c of who they are or who they know is Wise County AND THEY ARE PROBABLY THE ONES WHO SUPPLIED WEBB WITH DRUGS!

Again, my fiance' and I saw one of my neighbors try and break into my home AND I had him on video stopped in the middle of public road after that when he threatened my life - Judge Chad Dotson (who my neighbors claim to be GOOD FRIENDS with) found him innocent!

Not defending Webb, as he should NOT have done what he did near children, but there are others MORE GUILTY at Powell Valley Middle School that are walking free in Wise County!
