I know that Halloween falls on a Wend I just did not know if they would possibly have it the weekend following Halloween since it does fall on a day through the week. I do not get the local Wise co newspaper I am in lee county but have taken my children to Big stone to trick or treat for 10+ years. I just had not heard yet when it will be held and the hours of it so figured I would give topix a shot!
