Looking for information on my father

Hi. I recently learned that my father, Clinton (Mike) Snorek passed away on May 19, 2009. I am told he lived in Big Oak Flat. I had not seen or heard from him since 1956 when I was 18 months old. That is until a couple of years ago. He got a message to me through one of his brothers. And I called him. It was quite awkward for us both.

Can anyone tell me anything about him? All I know is that some detective called his brother. And the brother called me and said that he passed away on the 19th. We were obviously not a close family. Can anyone give me a number for the police department or the Sheriff's Dept. there? Is there a newspaper article? I just do not know where to begin. I would like to know how he died, what happened. If you can help me I would appreciate it.
