They trash residences that they have lived in, and play the "eviction game" until they are forced to move. This leaves the owners with thousands of dollars in UNPAID RENT and REPAIR BILLS.

They tell stories about how they have been "unfairly treated" by past landlords and have children that parrot what their parents say, so they will play on your sympathies.

If you are renting ANY business or home properties in the San Bernardino Mountains, PLEASE, if you think you are dealing with these people, do yourself a huge favor and FOLLOW-UP ON ALL REFERENCES, and perform a CREDIT CHECK.

They sound like BAD NEWS

It's high time cheezeballs like these are identified, so everyone knows what they are up to.

It's sad that there are people like this in the world.

These people should be stopped. They have done this in two states and other counties. But the authorities won't do anything. They play the "pity me" story to everyone...don't believe. They are pros at this...so all landlords please beware.

The worst part is, they have a history of this in other states!

Do not only do a credit check, if your county websites allow it, run a search for any civil actions pending against them, i.e., Unlawful Detainers.

This is a story without substance. What are the facts? Please people don't listen to made up generic stories about things that could happen anywhere.

Not made up. Not generic. This is a real story with real perpetrators and real victims.

Oh no, it IS all true. These people have been running scams forever. And this is probably the first time they've been called on it.

They should just be run outta town like in the good old days when you couldn't get gas at the local station or buy food in the markets because everyone KNEW YOU FOR WHAT YOU ARE.
