Discrimination ruling could hurt workers' lawsuits

Don't worry. California jurys are known for screwing the tax payers with large settlements. No citizen population in America is as stupid as we are so even the most frivilous lawsuits will bring Big Bucks. Most who serve on the jurys don't even pay taxes so we will continue to take it dry.
