help me find a stalker

I need some help from the people on this site. I have a crazy man for a stalker. He has threatened my life more than one occasion. He has hacked my e-mail account. He is a white male,approx 60 years old. Maybe 6ft but very slender. This man looks and acts like he has a drinking problem by his pics. He has caused serious problems for me. This man goes by many names,but his ip address is being picked up in the Logansville/Monroe area. It us believed his lives with his elderly mother. This man spends alot of time on the net. He pretends to have a condo on the gulf coast. He has a big imagination for sure. Please help me bring this man out in the open. He is also stalking my family members.
