Congratulations to this hard working small farmer!Keep it up! I remember your veggies and your great attitude. There IS an ag mindset in Ohio, its just buried deep! But not as deep as that coal!

We have been CSA members for years and love Sandy's produce. What a loss it would have been if that land had been mined. I love the photo too--I took it!

Sandy is a person who believes in working for what is right (honest labor for healthy food). That she was rewarded with a fair outcome to this dilemma that was forced upon her amazes me in this era of corporate power. Remember the little guy can win, should win but it can be a painful, risky (and expensive)road. We should all take heart in this good news story.
