"Nobels tell a different story." The story of the most recent one slid under the table to Obama tells us that in order to win this now worthless trinket one only has to talk about something for a couple of weeks and that no real work, time or effort is required to get it.

Obama's Nobel aside, the Nobel awards are awarded on accomplishments in the past, sometimes many years in the past. The story of America's status today will be told in the Nobel awards ten years from now, not the current ones.
