living in Bethel?.?.?

My husband and I are considering moving our family (two 10 month olds) to Bethel and want to know the in's and out's of how to move our belongings. Any suggestions??

Did you find out any information? Did you move there? My wife just received a job offer there as an RN in the emergency room. We have 20 month old boy/girl twins. Would love to hear your opinion of Bethel if you ended up moving there.

As a LONG time resident of Bethel, I can honestly say it's a great place for young adults willing to work hard and persevere. You can raise young children safely there but absolutely MUST make sure to get them out of the area at least a couple times a year. Have them live with relatives for a couple of months in the summer, etc. I've seen too many kids graduate high school, go off to college and come right back because they've been so isolated all their lives that they are uncomfortable anywhere else.
The people of Bethel are GREAT. Most folks are on their best behavior with neighbors because in this small town you run into eachother everywhere all the time. I've been walking to work in the winter and had ten or more people stop to ask me if I needed a ride. Don't move to Bethel if you're not willing to open your heart and home to all.
