I have read where they plan to rebuild,But it was said they were woefully underinsured.
I spoke with the owner odf Dawns back when her placed burned and she said the Corp of engineers guidelines were so expensive that they couldn't afford to rebuild..
I read in the paper that the Big Pines owners have spoke with Judge Anderson, the fire marshall,etc but didn't see where they had spoke to the Corp of engineers to see if they can even afford to rebuild.I would think the same rules should apply to alllll business owners on the fees???
Just find that a little odd the article doesn't mention the Corp of engineers,flood zones ect....
