I CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW MANY TIME'S THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AND MY DAUGHTER! BILLED TWICE FOR THE SAME THING, BILLED FOR TESTS THAT WERE NEVER PREFORMED AND FRANKLIN COLLECTION SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE! THOSE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO TALK WITH YOU I HAVE HAD THEM CALL ME NAMES (YOUR A SLUG AND DONT PAY AYNONE) THIS IS JUST SOME OF THE THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN SAID TO ME. I HOPE THE BEST FOR YOU IN YOUR LAWSUIT I WISH I HAD STEPED FORWARD AND DID THE SAME!
