Had a modular built in Newtown Sq. The 1st contractor is now suing me because he wants to charge me $47.00 an hour for cleaning the yard. He had 2 dumpsters that contained trash that was not mine.(Toilets, paint can etc.,) Ask for a basement with egress doors and he decided to put a full basement without an exit. Steps that he charged me for did not pass the county inspection. The garage he charge me for is leaking where he attached it to the house. Plus I had to get an additional contractor to complete his work that he is charging me for. The list goes on! Plus he got $1600 a week from Nov. to Feb. to wait for the house. The list goes on.
What has happened to justice? He thinks he is entitled to an additional $20000+. I had to obtain another contractor and he was worse than the 1st. Took the money and ran. He has no assets to go against him.
