All Berwyn residents are invited to a citywide Neighborhood Watch meeting, to be held Monday, Novemer 2, 2009, starting at 7 PM in the Berwyn Public Safety building, 6401 W. 31st St. Guest speakers include Mayor Robert Lovero, who wil give a “state of the city” address; Berwyn tactical coordinator Roger Montoro, presenting an update on the new anti-gang initiative; and Berwyn Community Development Block Grant director Robert Dwan, who will discuss the 2010 census. C'mon, Berwyn isn't that bad. I personally have seen police in action and they aren't sitting around eating donuts. They are aggressive in cutting through the BS and making arrests.

That's good, but all of this could have been avoided if they would not have let these "diverse" new residents move in.
