Corbin is smarter than all the city council combined. When he was on the city council before, he was the only on that consistently made sense.

Provo, Utah -- June 3, 1997 -- Novell Inc. announced that it has won a summary judgment in its case against RTI of Killeen, Texas and its president Shawn Richeson. The ruling, granted in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas in Waco states that RTI and Richeson willfully infringed on Novell's copyrights and that Novell is entitled to the $100,000 per infringement. Novell's request for $200,000 in statutory damages was granted as well as attorney's fees.

Truth be told it, was closer to 1M in attorneys fees.

However, Corbin wasn't my Attorney in that case or I would have won.

Barbabra Young was my Attorney, and she had no intellectual property knowledge.

Attorney Bill Stallings (now disbarred) failed to appear at a bankruptcy hearing for my Corporation, and the Court ordered a default in favor of Novell.

Sure wish I would have taken Corbins advice in the 90's, I would be the rightful "WORDPERFECT" trademark owner.

Imagine how much money Microsoft would have paid me for it?

Oh well, live and learn.

Anyone hear the saying if the shoe fits then wear it? Anybody think showing off private parts to a stranger making lewd requests on the Internet is appropriate? Anyone mistake this forum which is intended for opinions on news and events for a $1.99 a minute kind of website? Do visitors to this forum routinely give out names and addresses to total strangers over the Internet?

Corbin always seemed like a nice person when I dealt with him.

Someone with a law degree that ran a campaign before and still can't get the rules straight for his campaign. No eye to detail. City council needs sharp people that are detail oriented and take time to understand the issues.

Does this candidate sell insurance on the side? His ads in paper keep saying he will insure city government or something like that. If he doesn't sell insurance then he should check his own advertisements.

What in the world is going on? Same guy that tried to sue the city of Killeen is now running for mayor???
