A lawyer for the Army psychiatrist accused in a deadly shooting spree at Fort Hood said Monday he asked investigators not to question his client and expressed doubt that the suspect would be able to get a fair trial, given the widespread attention to the case.

Given that our president is a radical Leftist and a closet muslim, I see the prosecution and subsequent execution of this terrorist as a non-event. Obama will not allow justice to be served by claiming that the man would be unable to "get a fair trial due to his religion". Most likely he will have the guy over for a chat and a smoke. Probably call him a hero and allow the mutt to join his friends in Yemen.
