This is insane. The density is too high. Please don't turn Berthoud into a high density community. What makes Berthoud such a great place to live is the way that houses are spread out. Kids have a place to play in their own yards, not in the street or 3 blocks away in the "community park". Don't get me wrong, parks are wonderful but lets not use that as an excuse to "pack em and stack em". Keep the houses on 1/4, 1/2 type acre lots or even bigger.

Berthoud has been mismanaged for the past decade..and now the people that live in berthoud are going to have foot the bill for all the blunders that the town government have made..If you think water and waste water fees are high..just wait..Berthoud has big plans to get their hands on the electrical utility companies, If they do get control your electrical Bills will undoubtedly see never ending rate increases.
