YES!!! Its a wonderful place so nice the criminials never want to leave. lol

Do people who break the law deserve a nice place to do their time?

Is there a difference when its a family member that has committed a crime? NO.

Anyone who breaks laws and is going to serve time should get the worse conditions possible to live in. That way just MAYBE they will never want to go back!!

Thanks for your reply. I agree with you for the most part. He's already doing his time at a jail. Also, the crime he was sentenced for only hurt himself. There was no-one else involved. And in closing; In saying "GOOD" place to be sent.I mean does it help these men or not?

I have a son going there very soon and I here that it is a great place!I am guessing that "Righteous" fits his comment! I think the bible says judge not?? And I totally disagree with most of what he says,when someone commits a crime they should pay for it but no one should be subjected to live in the worse conditions possible! I hardly think that bad conditions will change a person! and to you sarge I have heard very good reports from people whe have had a loved one there and did very well once they left. Its a shame our government doesnt support more of these places instead of trying to close them down! Hope things work out well for your loved one!

Its a shame the GOV doesnt support these places?? The GOV expects people to raise their kids CORRECTLY. Do you think this is Daycare?
Do you have a clue that it cost taxpayers?
Do you know how much it cost per year to house them?

As for conditions, bare minimial No cable TV or computers. Living quarters a bed and plenty of books. This alone would be the worst conditions for the youth of today.

The cost to raise a child is $6k to 10k a year.

The 1st thing I should address is exactly how old are you??haha you sound like a very immature grown man that is very bitter! As for us taxpayers?? I happen to pay taxes and am happy to see at least some of it go towards this..instead of all the money the taxpayers pay to people on welfare that sit on their butt and continue to have children for US to support and as for what YOU think.. are you kidding me? I am well aware of how much it cost and you must have not completed you homework on this topic because the people in jail get much more than they do in these programs,the state give them 2.00 per day per person for ALL 3 meals? WOW! as for the cable and newspapers,computers..they have NONE of that there,but do have cable and newspapers etc. in jail,as well as canteen funds for goodies.As far as righteous,ha no, I just don't like someone that is quick to point the finger at others mistakes and not look at their own!and as for your last comment,I AM paying for him to be there,I am a working professional that pays taxes and plenty of them!and in closing god help your children if they actual make a mistake wouldn't want to have to deal with asking for your forgiveness!!and personally I really don't care what you think,because you are in fact a big arrogant jerk!ha

I roll my eyes as I'm sure most others do. White Post has a work release program where all inmates work and pay room, board and other expenses.

First of all nobody asked or SAID anything about a work release program.
This is about people thinking just because its their family member they get special treatment. I'm sick of hearing it.
Its about equal treatment, you commit a crime you do the time like anyone else.
As for Sandy being so joyous about her son being there it's despicable.
I did not call her names or wish ill upon her son. Just goes to show you and her the level of intelligence you both share.

If you can not take someones opinion, you should not be on an open forum. Name calling is totally inappropriate.

Ive read all the comments on this posting. I have to say i agree with you, some people just cant except the truth or respect someone elses opinion. Thats called narrow minded and just plain ole ignorance.

I hear there are only 50 inmates there. Sounds to me that the end is near.
