So me and my friend BoVice are cruising through decatur and we see two fat pregnant ladies, two cashed out dudes who look like they just did a couple lines, a man walking like theres 5 baby chipmunks up his ass, and a guy flipping us off why he gets his mail, all on one street...seriously where else do you see this?
