Monsanto layoffs won't impact Southeast Idaho

Nine-hundred planned layoffs wont have much impact on Southeast Idaho. Monsanto is based in St.Louis, but employs more than 700 workers in Southeastern Idaho, with a plant in Soda Springs and mining operations around the region.
