I dont know how true it is but Ive heard that the locals of Berlin are upset about the prison being built there, and arent going to be to friendly to the staff that transfers in. Can any locals tell me if this is true, and also how are the schools, crime, and is there even a walmart there to shop at? Im thinking about transfering there but just trying to get the low down thanks.

I'm not sure why the locals wouldn't want the prison being there. Look at how the economy will increase due to it.
