GBI files complaint over judge's conduct

Why do you feel it is your right to call people names? Real started this post and his/her issue at hand was that drug suspects were being pushed to implicate KCCG and offered deals and when that didn't work, threats. I'm sorry that my comments were sticking to his/her issue and not yours!

And where is the evidence of this?? Your accusations come from a Judge who feel she is obligated to know if she is the subject of a an investigation! Any Judge with half a brain would know she has no right to know if she is being investigated! Who the hell does she think she is talking to people the way she was ON TAPE!?!

You obviously don't read all the posts on here. I've made it pretty clear that I disagree with her tactics and you still call me a nitwit! My last comments were made simply because I know that police do push people to name others and she is no different from anybody else. If you want evidence you'll have to talk to Real or Charlie - and I'm not sure Charlie would oblige you now, since you called him a nitwit, too! LOL

The GBI says there is NO investigation.This means the WATSON connected GBI agents were acting alone. Was this a personal favor then to TW, try to dig up some dirt? I start to wonder how "close" these agents and watson are that they would do this for her? Everyone can be investigated but there is not a right to go after anybody specificaly without cause - and if that existed then it would be an official investigation. That prevents harrasement by cops for personal agenda which looks like this is.

This judge has to look at murders,rapist and other felons and put them in jail. She is not a housewife.My gosh! she knows "bad" words and uses them when someone does wrong as appears in this case. What a pair of men who would feel intimidated by her!

She also has a code of ethics that she should abide by. An oath that she took to uphold those ethics... and in this case she did not. Guess the fire was a little to close to the toes for her.

I believe it was more than just two men she ranted
to. GBI, DTF, Sheriff's of at least 2 counties,
and others. Point is, she had no right to do that
and how would you feel if you had no choice but to be subjected to her ranting?
If you don't believe there is an official investigation, do an open records request like many others are doing. You will read about it first hand.

All of those qualities are disdained by a fragmented group of maverick agents who want to get rid of her.

And she confronts them. And they lie about it. Agents who appear in her court on a regular basis, lie to her and claim they know nothing about it. And she is extremely upset and lets them know it, in a SEEMINGLY PRIVATE CONVERSATION, which is surreptitiously, and contemptuously, recorded by the conspiring and conniving agents, and in which she uses harsh language to their delight as they know she is being secretly recorded.
The agents, who never deny their guilt, then feign outrage at being privately cursed and abused, suffering from language that none of their tender consciences have ever used before, much less heard, and they are mortified by the closed door confrontation which would never have become public except for their conniving despicable conspiracy.
So they, the outraged, humiliated agents, who have endured the calumnious, but private words of a judge, file unsigned reports complaining of same with GBI Director Vernon Keenan, who has no personal knowledge whatever of what has gone on.
In Pavlonian fashion, Director Keenan prepares a libelous report to the Judicial Qualifications Commission. Now, Director Keenan, who admittedly has NO personal knowledge of anything which transpired, attaches to his complaint a series of unsigned, unsworn statements by various agents.
If you will examine Director Keenan’s form complaint, you will see that immediately above his signature is the acknowledgment that all matters involving the complaint are confidential and that violations of that confidentiality are punishable by contempt of the Supreme Court.
Nevertheless, in some unfathomable manner, the filing of the complaint comes to the attention of a reporter at the Atlanta Journal Constitution who files an “open rccords” request with the GBI, and Director Keenan instantly, like a vomiting hyena, disgorges everything he has to this reporter, disregarding his oath upon filing the complaint, and disregarding the laws with regard to exemption of ongoing investigations from the open records act.
The press runs with this bait like a jackal after an antelope, and Director Keenan sits back quietly, letting other hatchet wielders do his dirty work.

In the meantime, the affected Judge abides by the rules of the JQC, and is silent. No word is published of what the judge’s response has been to the JQC. The innuendo which has further been promulgated by the selective “redaction” by Director Keenan of his “complaint” is even more damning, as it suggests, as will later be shown to be false, that an investigation involved this judge. This innuendo is present, and falsely present, even though the complaint states that the judge was never the target of an investigation nor is their any evidence suggesting any violation of law.
It would appear conclusive by the Director’s statement, if he is to be believed at all, that the actions of this small group of agents were the actions of a rogue group acting on their own behest, who have now either enlisted knowingly the support of their Director for this vile operation, or perhaps they have beguiled him into entering treacherous ground.
All of the foregoing is deducible by examination of the documents which have been published to this point, if you have a fair and reasonable mind and are not a member of the lynch mob.

Hmmmm, and yet she feels OBLIGATED to be told when there is an investigation into her activities going on and swore at officers and made threats against them if they appear in her court room?? What were you saying about equal protection and fairness???

A judge should know that ANYONE can record a conversation they are a part of. Explain to me how they set her up?? Did they hold a gun to her head and make her swear at them, threaten to never believe them, and say that she may have to start killing people?? Don't make her out to be the victim here. She's a big girl!! She's supposedly an adult and an educated woman. If she wanted to know if the GBI was asking questions about her, she could have very politely asked. Of course, they are under no obligation to reveal anything about an ongoing investigation to anyone, but I digress. She SHOULD have and COULD have been a professional. Instead, she chose to rant and rave like a lunatic, swear, and make threats. SHE did it. Not them. If she's mad she got recorded, too bad. The cops did nothing illegal or wrong. Maybe she isn't as smart as she thinks she is!

When these same officials are doing their jobs and giving evidence or investigating the regular Joes and Janes off the streets, we are to believe them. If they are looking into the connected individuals of the County, they are accused of being liars and conspirators and manipulators. Let's just empty the jails and prisons. By Se-verity's reasoning, those are innocent people being detained.

The book will continue. I'd bet on it.
