MACEO SMITH WAS NOT ARMED AND THAT IS A FACT. NATHANIEL FREEMAN WAS ARMED THAT IS A FACT. PER COURT PROCEDDINGS TODAY FREEMAN SHOT MACEO 3 TIMES ONE BEING IN THE BACK, WHICH SHOWS MACEO WAS RUNNING AWAY AND HE STILL SHOT HIM. SO WHO'S THE GANG MEMBER? LETS ADD THIS UP NATHANIEL FREEMAN HAD A GUN, SHOT MACEO 3 TIMES, ONE IN THE CHEST, ONE IN THE NECK (WHICH HE WAS PROBABLY AIMING FOR THE HEAD), AND ONCE IN THE BACK. MARCUS MOSELY WAS SHOT 4 TIMES IN THE CHEST IT APPEARS TO ME HE WAS TRYING TO KILL AND NOT DEFEND HIMSELF AND THEN HE RAN YOU CAN RESEARCH MY STATEMENT THESE ARE FACTS THE TRUTH IS IT'S A GOOD THING FREEMAN IS IN JAIL BECAUSE I WOULDN'T WANT HIM WORKING WITH MY KID TEACHING 101 HOW TO KILL A MAN. FREEMAN CAME FROM MONEY AND HAS A PANEL OF LAWYERS AND THINKS THAT WILL SAVE HIM FROM SPENDING THE REST OF HIS LIFE IN JAIL HIS PARENTS ARE FOOTING A BILL THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE ALONG TIME AGO ON PSCY. I am very disturbed by this whole thing. The fact of the matter is that NO ONE knows what happened there. They say that Smith and Mosley didn't have a gun. How are you so sure Mosley drove to the hospital in such a hurry leaving his brother in law to die. He very easily could have ditched the gun along the way. In all honesty there is no excuse for murder but Mosley and Smith two adults were following a 19 year old for 20 minutes before they were shot it makes you wonder why they were in such a pursuit. If they were honestly that upset about an altercation with a teenager that doesn't say much about how mature they are. Also people need to realize that Smith and Mosley although were not convicted had charges relating to firearms and were known by police. So to say that they were complete angels is a lie that is believed by ignorance. It is sad that a man died that fathered three but for the sake of his children shouldn't he have acted like an adult and not have got involved in an argument because of his brother in law? The mature thing would have been to walk away instead of follow. Obviously there are pieces missing from this story.

Maceo Smith, who was murdered in Berkeley on May 13, was arrested in 2005 with two other men for a Richmond double murder that was retaliation for an earlier Oakland murder, according to Berkeley Police Sergeant Mary Kusmiss.
The Richmond victims were "bombarded with gunfire," according to a July 22, 2005 San Francisco Chronicle article, which continued: "Arrested Thursday were Emando Roos, 26, of Hayward, and Maceo Smith, 30, and Dwayne Murphy, 24, both of Berkeley. Three other men are wanted in connection with the killings: Koffi Thomas, 30, of Hayward, and Joseph Carroll Jr., 18, and Jason Parrot, 32, both of Berkeley. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT |
