Hmmm looks like shoddy repair work to me. Or sub par to begin with. Perhaps the workers were doing it on a friday and were in a hurry to go have a cold one.

Does anyone else think CalTrans is incompetent?
1. Only find a crack while doing a repair.
2. The repair fails 8 weeks later.

Wikepedia listed the toll plaza as only built to pay for the bridge then it was supposed to be removed. Now it's a permanent tax on the commuters.

This is but another CA scam to cheat the people!
