It appears there is some confusion about the difference between a change of venue and a change of jurisdiction.
HOMES is touting this latest Bos maneuver as a change of venue, saying that because Bos is losing in circuit court he is asking for a change of venue.
That is one way to look at it, but it is not accurate.
Bos is asking for a change of jurisdiction.
Under Illinois law, a civil case may move from local jurisdiction to federal court when the amount of money lost (or in contention) exceeds $75,000.
Bos claims to be losing $16K daily because he cannot milk his cows. He claims a purchase of $1million 200K of corn and silage that he cannot feed his cows and cannot otherwise dispose of. He also claims to have hired construction management consultants and work crews that are now not working for a loss of another $3.9 million.
The court documents filed say he shows a loss in excess of $90K thus qualifying him to leave local jurisdiction and go federal.

If BOS has his farm filled with workers will he
E-Verify all workers especially foreign born pay a wage and benefits that will keep local
American Citizens working there, Repay the damage he did to the property values of the surrounding
land owners, stop immediately if water table is destroyed, Naaaaa--he will take the profits
and look for another area to expand in.

Yeah to the move into the federal arena. This will take away from the local pressure to push him out. Instead of trying to run this guy out, why isn't the community welcoming the cash flow this will bring in? With the permitting and current requirements, this operation will be less damaging than all the operations that have been there filling the watershed with junk for generations. Wake up people - you can't afford to push out anyone wanting to bring in this level of spending into your community.

There are regulations in place to deal with the disposal issues.

TO: Nowukowwhylmove-Cheesehead

Why don't you take your cheesehead butt off your couch into some of these dairy farms and see what it going on. There
are studies on Wisconsin Dairy farms and 90% use
"foreign born" help. The wages are low and the worker costs are transfered to the taxpayers at
the emergency room, food stamp, schools, hospital and police
costs (lotsa DUI's). Also the dairy farm owner is looking for cheap help and since he does not E-Verify to see if
the workers are legally here. The dairy farm owner has one worker and sometimes there are many dependents taxpayers have to support. Go to your local
schools and see how many foreign languages are
spoken there. The political supporters of these groups are racist --study LaRaza sometime.

There is a net loss to the taxpayers in the community and a profit to the owner of the
mega dairy--do the numbers cheesehead.

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Gemini

Grit your teeth as Mars turns retrograde, as things annoyingly don't go to plan. Certain people are going out of their way to be difficult. Is an older relative throwing the proverbial weight around and telling you what to do? The greater the gap between your ages or social status, the more irritated you'll be.
