Been known for a long time now. Hefel wanted Turner to run. Turner said no cuz he felt like people would think he was hand picked. So the plan went like this. Run against me and ill make sure you win. Hefel may even pull out just weeks or days before the primay. Both are screwed if a third person runs against them.
