Marilyn didnt steal any money from him, she took care of him for eight years, she paied his child support, she purchased a new prostetic leg for him and the reason that she didnt show up to court is because his lawyer postponed the court date.

I've known David from way back and what you see is pretty much what you get!

Ya know, I have kept my mouth shut for years.. I hate he is a father of a beautiful young woman... but he has made my life a living hell, and I have never done one thing to this piece of shit.. sorry Lexi, but you can only be threathened so many times and he has been by my house and has screamed cuss words to me and my gr-kids.....so freakin done!!!! He can drop dead for all I care... I will be in court nex month over him.. no money stolen, no gun pulled, he freakin NUTS!!!! I know this 1st hand and am tired of threats and him stalking my house!!! The law knows and is watching!!!!

The reason he lost Mrailyn was his fault..none of mine, she is a grown woman...I do not care who she sees or dates, I have my own life.. so done with his vicious rumors and LIES!!!!! Never done anything to him... he needs to leave me alone!!! I will see him in court Sept...... He drew 1st blood!!!! He is mean and hateful and does not respect any woman!! I have terroristic charges on him and will carry them out to the fullest!!!! Hope he goes to jail, he needs to be accountable for his actions!!!!! I do not take kindly to threats!!

I've only met David once, and it was a long time ago... but from what I could tell from that one time meeting him is a good natured guy..and doesn't really deserve a bunch of topix posts about him. Leave the man alone.

Well, I have met him more than once and lived with him 8 yrs and can honestly say I am much happier with him out of my life. I stole no $$ and he has threatened everyone I know and my family. This has caused a court appearance that I could really do without in my life!!!! Ready to move on and leave this drama and crap in the PAST!!!! I am glad all of you think he is a great guy and maybe he is to ya'll, all I am saying is I wish he would me and my boyfriend and friends, and my FAMILY alone....The man needs to leave everybody else alone and that's all I DO have to say about this subject!! Running people off the road can be very dangerous and this has happened to me on more than one occasion...

And by the way, court is in Sept. I have shown up for every court appearance there has been. People should know the facts!!!

I don't know him but I do know Marvin. I guess they are like night and day. Marvin is one of the most sincere caring people we know and he would do anything for anybody as long as they don't screw him around. He is a great guy and I hate it that y'all are on here bashing his brother. It doesn't matter what he did or said nobody deserves to be slandered on a stupid online gossip site.
