Decision to seek death penalty leaves dearth of attorneys for homicide suspect

ok im confused... why is his mother not gettin him an attorney??? she'd spend thousands on his child support to keep him outa jail. thousands on court hearings for custody--- but CANT KICK UP A DOLLAR WHEN IT COMES TO HIS LIFE?????!!!!

well a## hole he DOES have an attorney! He is from pittsburgh and Jerry will be being transferred to allegheny county jail so his NEW attorney will have acsess to him. Sounds like confusion isn't your problem it's being in other peoples business.

ANOTHER THING! Read the entire article,washington county does not have capitol punishment attorneys,
just laying around! Westmoreland county has NONE!

and ok yea he may have an attorney, but hes got a PD!! really? u can drive around in ur nice cars, even lettin some one else drive ur mustang, livin in that big house, but ur sons life means nothing to you!!!! i know if that was my kid--- no matter what he had done, i would sell everythn i ownd!! even if i knew hed never be aqquitted--- at least to give the guy a chance at not being put to death!!! i know one things for sure,if we had the money--- me and a few of his friends--the people who realy do care about jerrys life-- would be more than happy to donate money for him to get a real chance at life....

why should his mother get him an attorney? he made the choices,not her! it sounds like financially she has done more than she needed too for an adult man, who never thought about ANYONE in this situation but himself.
