The Altoona Story League is sponsoring the National Convention of the National Story League this summer, July 17 to 20 at the Ramada on Plank Road in Altoona, PA and at Fort Roberdeau. Accomplished storytellers from across the country will be descending on central Pennsylvania. The convention is open to all so mark your calendars and plan to attend.
Members of the National Story League can register for the four-day event (including six meals, a Friday excursion to the Flight 93 National Memorial and the Johnstown Flood National Memorial, all the storytelling sessions, and the business meeting) for just $60; non-members pay $10 per day plus their own meals. To guarantee your reservation for any of the meals, please register by June 15 (information is available by following the link below):
