John is one of the most ignorant contractors I have met. He accepted the down payment and started the job then half way through the job he asked for more money. When we refused he walked from the job and left us just hanging there. I had to hire another contractor to not only fix his mistake but to do the work entirely. He comes in low with his quotes to get your down payment then tries to hit you up for more. Buyer beware with this guy!
