Thanks Lt. Horton. Very nice gesture. Gomes wants to know if you were on duty when you were at the ceremony. Was overtime involved? Was a city car used to tranpsort you there? Open government at its best.

Well, at least the word Vietnam appeared as part of a quoted speech. That's more notice than we often get.
