Move back to Maryland like all the others. We know how good it is here this is why we have never moved after being BORN here. We don't need you to tell everyone how good it is, we know it.

Hey Hank - didn't you read the article? It says she and her husband grew up in the country in WESTERN PA, and moved to Gardners from HARRISBURG. Nowhere does is say a word about Maryland.

Ms. Graham's columns were one of my favorite features when my local newspaper used to publish them. I'm looking forward to reading them again, and the others she's written since then.

Eileen Grahm's book is a masterpiece of delightful, engaging stories. How could one not feel they know and love all of the people, places and animals presented in these pages.
I highly recommend it.

This is like the fifth person I've heard of writing such a book. I grew up in Adams and couldn't wait to get out. Without a farm and animals to clean up after, you'd be bored stupid there. Yeah, Ann Diviney, Marilyn Basehoar, etc, etc used to write weekly musings about there boring lives in Pennsylvania. Heck, go all the way and join the Amish where they work you to death to keep you out of trouble. My dream is to buy my parent's house and sell it to Spainards just to piss of the yuppies that have moved into the hood, but were always too good to say hello. Without Maryland as a next door neighbor it would be just like anywhere else in PA. I swear half of my graduating class is working as firefighters in the DC/MD areas, and the other half is busy starting them in between their circle jerks.

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Libra

Instead of retreating into your own little world, get out there and spread some love and joy to all those around you. Be sure to pay close attention to the things that make others truly happy - often it can be the simplest of things. Libra is the most sociable sign in the Zodiac and you'll be in your element at the moment. You don't need to go overboard, though, and pick up everyone else's tab!
