OH YES YOU DO!! Remember the little musclely guy..TONY LITTLE? Sells exercise equipment on t.v...He has long blonde hair. You stand on this machine and it has handle bars and kinda of like skis for your feet. You glide like your cross-country sking or something like that. Actually I have nothing to do with this thread, but I'm pretty sure that is the easy glider. Feel free to correct me, Iv'e been wrong before!HA!

Lol prefer exercise with people not machines. I'll do a game of BB; VB; Walking but NOT on those dang machines! Hope they sell it too.

I used to have one of these and it was great and very easy to do. I used it for a long time and then it became a clothes hanger so I got rid of it.
