Of course he'll keep appealing. Why not? He has nothing to lose and we the people are paying for his attorney. The attorney keeps appealing because it puts money in his pocket. Nothing more to it than that.

He keeps appealing because he did not commit these crimes. Just because they lined up several disgruntled ex lovers to bash this guy, he is found guilty. The truth will prevail and all will get what they deserve in the end. We all deserve due process and a fair trial. If anyone else was in this position they would want a fair trial as well. Put yourself in this guys shoes.

ew. this guy is a creep- i used to frequent blm daily for lunch and he somehow would manage to "greet" me in his slimy, leering way every day. i wasn't the least bit surprised when they arrested him. RIP Asha and little one.
Can't put myself in his shoes. To do that I'd also have to be a rapist murderer..........and I'm NOT |
If you know this is really the case please share the info. |
"Hot Chick" obviously does not know this to the case and may not know any facts at all. She was not a juror and did not have the benefit of hearing all the evidence (neither did I by the way).....perhaps only what was printed in the media. But with all the court processes, motions, preliminary hearing, trial, 12 citizens rendering a unamimous verdict and now an appelant court upholding the conviction, I believe he was guilty and justice properly served. Now I hope the same justice is served for his two murders. The moniker "Hot Chick" says something about this poster. Perhaps McClish hit on her once or something |

These creeps like him and their attorneys.
There should be a limit to the appeal process. Taxpayers money going into the slimeball's attorney fees and the attorney just milking the system. |

And the other women who lined up to testify about McClish's inappropriate behavior towards them, they making it up as well? Just one giant conspiracy isn't it. |
I didn't know the other one(s), so I wouldn't know would I? Just saying the one I DID know had a lot more history that should be taken into consideration.
If they are trying to establish legitamacy of people's testimonies, they should get the complete info on each one, not just pick and choose. |

Mr McClish, save some of your battling ability to fight off Bubba.

"You should Know" and "Hot Chick" did he make you befriend his wife as well? I guess you miss him, don't you.... The guy is a dog and finally got what he deserved. I'm sure that there are plenty of other woman out there that he raped, that never came forward. I hope that he is getting a taste of his own medicine behind bars. It's about time that it caught up with him. Too bad he wasn't put away sooner, then Asha would be alive with her baby girl.
One kooky woman does not make the rest of them less reliable in their testimony. |
You are ASSUMING he had anything to do with Asha's murder... |
Jury members said they voted him guilty because they found him arrogant. Not because of the evidence.
Jury members said that if they had this information about the woman continuing the affair then that might have changed their views. The guy may be guilty as sin. But he did not get a fair trial. |
MURDERER!!!!! Place him in solitary and turn the lights out....for a few decades or so.

prison justice will prevail...

Mcclish testified that he held a axe to the womans throat while he sodimized her to show her how a situation could turn dangerous. He was doing her a favor. In his mind he, Mcclish, is a savior. Sociopath!!!!!!!!
No remorse. everything is someones fault other than his. He just lost an appeal so the first trial must have had some order of truth. This ruling in his appeal comes at the 3 yr anniversary of Joanna Asha Veil's murder. We will see if he is convicted of the murder but he was convicted of rape and he was found guilty twice so give it a rest Mcclish's family who post here. I know you are hurt but Michael is a bad person. You know that deep deep down inside. I wonder about civil suits too. Would someone sue the market? |
Wow, completely inaccurate! Where did you get your information, obviously not from the trial! |
BINGO! Thank you, and well said. 100% right on! |
